Abstract
The Integrated Service Post (Posyandu) is a health service for infants and toddlers, this effort is held to improve health and nutrition and it is the right to get these services, Posyandu activities are carried out in every village association. Posyandu Menur II is a health service unit under the auspices of the Juwiring District Health Center, Bulurejo Village, located in the Juwiring region, Klaten Regency. The problem faced by Posyandu Menur II Satriyan is that the process of recording and processing data is still done manually using handwriting which is deemed inefficient and conveying information on immunization activities that is less effective. This study aims to build an information system for data collection on infants and toddlers, data collection on immunization services. There are implementation stages used in designing the posyandu application, namely: data collection, observation, interviews, system requirements analysis, analysis and design, program development, program testing, analysis and conclusions. The system that was built was according to user needs with the test results stating that 25 respondents 82.8% stated that they strongly agreed.
