Abstract
Platinum Workshop, which is located in Kutoarjo District, Purworejo Regency, is a company that has responsibility for customer service in the field of four-wheeled vehicle repair. The presence of employees is an important factor for a company to achieve its goals, this is related to discipline and has an impact on the performance of each employee. There is special data collection for attendance and absence so that work activities can be recorded in real time properly, one of which is using a mobile or cell phone where the implementation is with a mobile-based attendance application. Making this information system is done by collecting data, analysing and designing, making programs, testing programs, and program results. The results of this study can be concluded that a mobile-based attendance information system is needed with the results of a questionnaire stating that 25 responses with workshop employees 15 and 10 respondents stated 75.5%. This system was created using the JAVA and MYSQL programming languages as database server management.
