Abstract

Prosperous Health Clinic located on Jl. Magelang No. 178, Kricak, Kec. Tegalrejo, Yogyakarta City. This clinic is an institution that provides individual health services that provide basic and/or specialist medical services. Where currently data collection on patients still uses paper media to record visiting patient data later in making medical record reports that still use report paper which results in piling up of files on storage shelves and making it difficult to search for data. For this reason, the author will develop a clinical management application system that can make it easier to input patient data so that when checking report data there is no accumulation or worry about data loss. This clinical management application system is made with a design that includes the creation of context diagrams, ladder diagrams, data flow diagrams (DFD), entity relationship diagrams (ERD), and database design. The tool used to build the application system is Visual Studio Code with the programming language and database storage used, namely PHP and MySQL. The result of this final project is the Design and Build of a Web-Based Clinical Management Application that can simplify clinical management so that it can produce medical record data recap reports, information, and users can easily check patient data through the application system and search available data.
