Abstract
Doctor Andoko's clinic, which is located in Wates District, North Magelang, Magelang City, is one of the clinics that has responsibility for patient care in the health care sector. The presence of employees, doctors and patients is an important factor for a clinic to achieve the vision and mission of the clinic in the health sector. There is patient data collection and also taking queue numbers so that work activities can run better, one of which is by using a web-based information system. Making an information system is done by collecting data, analyzing and designing, making programs, testing programs, and program results. The results of this study can be concluded that the creation of this system facilitates data management and registration, the results of the questionnaire stated that 33 responses stated that 80.8% understood this system. This system is made using the programming language PHP and MySQL as the data server.
