Abstract
The company PT Plank Living Indonesia is engaged in furniture export. The importance of the smooth delivery of goods and the availability of space in the finished goods warehouse will affect the stability of existing sales. If storing inventory of finished goods for too long will affect the quality and the product may be damaged, as well as the absence of space for the goods, it is not possible to store goods from the results after production which can result in delays in delivery which was previously agreed upon with the buyer. This study aims to find out how PT Plank Living Indonesia's sales systems and procedures work and to find out whether the sales systems and procedures have been running smoothly, effectively and efficiently. This research method uses qualitative methods. Data collection uses interviews with the company and secondary data collection in the form of company profiles, company organizational structure and existing sales supplementary documents. The results showed that from the existing sales system and procedures at PT Plank Living Indonesia there were still deficiencies, namely the recording and inspection of goods was still done manually and the lack of storage area for goods between raw materials and finished goods was still in the same room.
