Abstract
ABSTRACT The design of the Spare Parts Inventory Information System is a system used for employees of Gita Motor Jogja. The design of this system aims to make it easier for employees to process data about incoming and outgoing inventory using a computer. At Gita Motor Jogja, making inventory records in providing information about inventory or stock of spare parts in the warehouse is often wrong. This resulted in the spare parts data collection process being less effective. In collecting data, the author uses the Waterfall method and interviews with employees, direct observations to agencies, and refers to the literature. In this case, for more efficient and effective stock data information, an Implementation of a Spare Parts Inventory Information System was made at Gita Motor Jogja. With the proposed new computerized system, it is expected that the deficiencies that have occurred can be overcome and the report presentation process can be carried out quickly and accurately.
