Abstract

WEBSITE BASED DRUG SALES INFORMATION SYSTEM (Case Study of Karunia Farma Pharmacy Yogyakarta) Aji Purnomo, Ahmad Tri Hidayat Information Systems Study Program, Faculty of Science & Technology University of Technology Yogyakarta Jl. Ringroad Utara Jombor Sleman Yogyakarta E-mail: ajoelcemewew@gmail.com ABSTRACT Karunia Farma Pharmacy is engaged in selling prescription and non-prescription drugs, from generic to traditional types of drugs. Karunia Farma Pharmacy was founded in 2007 until now. Apotek Karunia Farma still uses a sales and inventory system that is not integrated automatically with the sales transaction process which will affect changes in drug inventory. So, we need a system that can help the sales system and manage drug data so that employees can more easily make sales data reports. With the drug sales application proposed at the Karunia Farma Pharmacy, it is able to produce fast, efficient information, making it easier to manage drug sales data. This selling application is based on localhost. The software engineering methodology used in this design is object oriented. The output of this research is in the form of a design document that can be used as a guide in the development/implementation of a sales information system.
