Abstract

IMPLEMENTATION OF WEB-BASED BILLIARD INVENTORY INFORMATION SYSTEM AT PLANET POOL CENTER (Case Study: Planet Pool Billiard) Koko Prasetyo, Adityo Permana Wibowo, S.Kom., M.Cs. Information Systems Study Program, Faculty of Science & Technology University of Technology Yogyakarta Jl. Ringroad Utara Jombor Sleman Yogyakarta Email: kokpyoprasetyo@gmail.com, adityopw@uty.ac.id ABSTRACT Planet Pool Center is one of the billiards that has recently joined the billiard sports business in Indonesia, based in the city of Yogyakarta. In a billiard business, it is necessary to have an inventory activity as one of the activities that handles the problem of procuring goods in support of billiard operational needs. The inventory process is still using equipment and goods record books, every inventory of equipment and goods inventory at the Planet Pool Center is prone to data loss and prone to manipulation of available equipment and goods data. This equipment and goods inventory system has been widely used in other billiard pool centers because it really helps to collect data on staff and pool center owners themselves. Based on this, it is necessary to design and create an inventory information system at the Planet Pool Center that makes it easier to administer billiard warehouses and make month-end calculation adjustment reports. This study uses qualitative research methods with a design and creation strategy while the data collection methods used are observation, literature study, interviews. The design method uses Data Flow Diagrams (DFD). The analysis carried out includes an analysis of the current system, and an analysis of the proposed system. This system includes several contents, namely login, homepage, item data, item condition, item control, and reports. The results of testing this system conclude that by creating an inventory information system this item can help the hotel parties involved, including staff, admin, and owners to facilitate the administration of goods in the billiard warehouse.
