Abstract

IMPLEMENTATION OF DATA MANAGEMENT INFORMATION SYSTEM WEB-BASED SOCIAL SAFETY NET ASSISTANCE (Case Study: Maospati District Office, Magetan Regency) Pegy Olivia Dheanty Nurullah, Iwan Hartadi Tri Untoro, S.T.,M.Kom Information Systems Study Program, Faculty of Science & Technology University of Technology Yogyakarta Jl. Ringroad Utara Jombor Sleman Yogyakarta E-mail : email.mahasiswa@gmail.com, email.dosen@gmail.com, ABSTRACT In managing the data, the social safety net assistance of the District Office is still manual and has not been automated so that it is slow in the process of adding data, changing, or deleting data. This method is less efficient because it takes 2 days to recap aid data which can hinder other activities. Then, for the process of registering assistance to the village admin, they also do not have their own records. In addition, the absence of assistance planning could have the possibility that the proposed assistance will be rejected. With these problems, it is necessary to have a system that can handle these problems. The purpose of this research is to produce an information system for managing social safety net assistance data from the results of the design of social safety net assistance that has been made previously. and the design of assistance management to deal with the problem of registration of assistance and the distribution of social safety net assistance which is the assistance of the Family Hope program and non-cash food assistance and implementing the results of the design of the system on a web-based basis. The method in this study utilizes certain techniques which are field studies and literature studies. In the analysis and design of a web-based Social Safety Net Assistance Data Management Information System using PHP and MySql. The tests carried out were using blackbox testing and gave the result that report recaps could give results not in a matter of minutes and for aid management to be more effective and efficient. So, it can be concluded that the design that has been done can be implemented and can help the process of managing data assistance to be faster.
