Abstract

IMPLEMENTATION AND TESTING OF WEB-BASED EMPLOYEE PAYROLL INFORMATION SYSTEMS Anton Nugroho, Dodi Hariadi, ST., M.Eng. Ringroad Utara Jombor Sleman Yogyakarta E-mail:antonnugra121@gmail.com, dodihar@uty.ac.id ABSTRACT The Sinduadi Village Office is an agency owned by the local government that regulates all services for the people of Sinduadi Village. Employees or pamong kelurahan always provide maximum service to the whole community. Therefore, it is necessary to be given a salary in the form of a wage that is in accordance with the performance that has been carried out. Payroll employees who are in progress have problems when searching for old payroll data because it is stored in separate folders. The payroll process still uses Microsoft Excel which takes a long time due to the large number of employees. Considering that village financial operations are very important, therefore this study aims to make the implementation of an employee payroll information system application that is able to improve the performance of the village finance section to be faster and more accurate. System testing is carried out in real time for users to get the right information to improve the functionality of the system. The result obtained is a payroll application that can digitize employee data collection, attendance and payroll processes in the form of an integrated application. With a computerized payroll system, it is able to make the employee data collection process and payroll process faster and is able to improve the performance of the payroll admin during difficult times during the payroll period.
