Abstract

Implementation of Web-Based Library Information Systems (Case Study: SMP Muhammadiyah 2 Gamping) Alfian Aji Triantoro, Adityo Permana Wibowo, S.Kom., M.Cs Information Systems Study Program, Faculty of Science & Technology, University of Technology Yogyakarta Jl. Ringroad Utara, Jombor, Sleman, Yogyakarta Email: alfianajitri@gmail.com, adityopw@uty.ac.id ABSTRACT SMP Muhammadiyah 2 Gamping has a library which is used as a place to store books and student learning tools. At SMP Muhammadiyah 2 Gamping, the process of recording book data, members, borrowing transactions and return transactions is still done manually by recording it in a book. The purpose of this research is to develop a system for recording the entire process of recording book data, members, borrowing transactions and return transactions. In this system, there are two access rights by the Library Officer and the Head of the Library. In making this system using data collection methods which include problem identification, system requirements analysis, literature study, system design, implementation, and system testing. The conclusion from making this web-based library information system will greatly facilitate the data collection of books, membership, borrowing and returns in the school library.
