Abstract
ABSTRACT Sari Furniture is a company engaged in the manufacture of furniture. Many types of products are produced. Although this company has only been established since 2009, it has penetrated the market to foreign countries. PT Sari Furniture often sells overseas or exports the furniture it makes. Of course, if it has penetrated foreign markets, the goods it produces will be more diverse and produce more than just a few. When shipping or exporting this company can send up to 2 large containers. But even though it's like that, the management of ready-to-sell goods sold or exported and the preparation of reports is still manual and it's not effective to record that many goods. Therefore, it is proposed to analyze and design a system that will help record inventory and make company goods reports. The method used in this research is the interview method and the documentation method. After doing the research, the results are obtained in the form of system requirements analysis and interface design to assist companies in recording inventory. The analysis that has been carried out is to analyze the old or currently used system and what needs the system requires. The design of the system uses flowcharts, context diagrams, ladder diagrams, data flow diagrams, and relational entity diagrams, and the design uses Draw io and relations uses PhpMyAdmin. This Inventory Information System is expected to make it easier for the admin in recording available goods, outgoing goods, and making reports.
