Abstract

Implementation of Web-Based Posyandu Data Management Information System (Case Study: Posyandu Seruni Polindes Katikan) Evika Oktavia Kusuma W., Damar Prasetyo, Drs., M.Kom. Information Systems Study Program, Faculty of Science & Technology University of Technology Yogyakarta Jl. Ringroad Utara Jombor Sleman Yogyakarta E-mail : evikaoktavia@gmail.com, prassetyodmr@gmail.com, ABSTRACT Posyandu (Integrated Service Post) Seruni Polindes Katikan is a village health unit that handles pregnant women, toddlers and the elderly. In managing patient data, Cadres and Midwives do this by recording it in a book. This made it difficult for cadres to classify data for reporting to the Puskesmas and the Village Government. From these problems, the implementation of the posyandu data management information system is a step to overcome the problems that are being experienced by Posyandu Seruni Polindes Katikan. The method used is by way of data collection, interviews and observation. Whereas the implementation of a web-based system will use the PHP programming language and the CodeIgniter framework. The patient examination registration process will be carried out by Cadres and the Examination will be carried out by Midwives. Cadres and Midwives have their respective duties so that the system will be divided into two users which are Cadres and Midwives. The cadres are in charge of registration of posyandu participants and registration of posyandu inspections. While midwives are in charge of examining toddlers, pregnant women and the elderly.
