Abstract

Implementation of Warehouse Goods Inventory Information System (Case Study: Super Dazzle Gejayan) Wahyu Septika, Joko Aryanto Information Systems Study Program, Faculty of Science & Technology University of Technology Yogyakarta Jl. Ringroad Utara, Jombor, Sleman, Yogyakarta E-mail : wahyu.septika@student.uty.ac.id, joko.aryanto@uty.ac.id ABSTRACT The inventory process at the Super Dazzle Gejayan company store experienced problems due to the demand for goods made by the store's warehouse which was not directly known by the main warehouse through their system. To overcome the obstacles that occur, the researchers conducted an analysis, design and implementation of a system that can help goods providers, in this case the store warehouse and the main warehouse, to carry out transactions directly through the warehouse inventory information system. The transaction process intended for the main warehouse is the management of goods data in the main warehouse with the help of transaction processing by supervisors through goods purchase transactions. The store warehouse party can make requests for moving goods through the system, where the request can be seen by the supervisor and confirmed by the main warehouse. All transaction processes that occur in the system are expected to be monitored by supervisors through inventory reports that can be accessed through the warehouse inventory information system that was built. Implementation of the Warehouse Goods Inventory Information System on Super Dazzle Gejayan is built on a web basis using HTML and PHP programming languages and database management using MySql. The method used in this design is the waterfall method. The results of testing the system made are expected to be in accordance with the design including all data input processes, inventory transaction processes from and out of the main warehouse to the results of transactions in the form of information needed by the company.
