Abstract

Implementation and Testing of Patient Data Processing Information Systems (Case Study: Puskesmas Sosok, Tayan Hulu District, Sanggau District, West Kalimantan Province) Natalia Virda Shelly, Adityo Permana Wibowo, S.Kom, M.Cs Information Systems Study Program, Faculty of Science & Technology University of Technology Yogyakarta Jl. Ringroad Utara Jombor Sleman Yogyakarta E-mail : nataliavirdashelly@gmail.com, adityopw@uty.ac.id ABSTRACT Puskesmas Sosok is a Community Health Center located in Tayan Hulu District and is one of 19 health centers in the working area of the Sanggau District Health Office, West Kalimantan Province. Puskesmas Sosok provides health services in the form of an Emergency Unit (ER) and 24-hour inpatient care for patients. Patient data processing at Puskesmas Sosok still uses the manual method and data is still recorded in the form of physical forms. This is considered not very effective because it will cause obstacles that can hinder the service process of Puskesmas Sosok for patients. This health center requires a system that can be used to process patient data, both during the registration process, patient examination, patient referrals, and payment transaction processing. The purpose of this research is to build a web-based patient data processing system at Puskesmas Sosok in Tayan Hulu District. The method used in designing this system uses the waterfall method and blackbox testing. As well as making ERD from the relation of each table in database implementation and program design in accordance with the desired business process in program implementation. The results of this implementation help in processing patient data at Puskesmas Sosok. System design methods that will be developed include flowcharts, Data Flow Diagrams (DFD), Entity Relationship Diagrams (ERD), as well as interface designs and table relationships that have been carried out. By creating a web-based patient data processing information system, it will help the admin in processing patient data, such as patient registration, patient medical examinations, and payment transaction processing and can speed up the process of handling patients.
