Abstract

WEB-BASED PROJECT MANAGEMENT INFORMATION SYSTEM DESIGN (Case Study: PT. Bestari Inovasi Kesehatan ) Elham Wicaksono, Umar Zaky, S.Kom., M.Cs. Ringroad Utara Jombor Sleman Yogyakarta E-mail : elhamwicaksono09@gmail.com, email.dosen@gmail.com, ABSTRACT Patfo is a subsidiary of PT. Health Innovation Bestary. The project management information system at Patfo was previously simple. The system ordering process is still experiencing problems which out of ten ordering processes there are four ordering processes that are hampered, the details of the system requested are unclear, the ordering data has not used the Database Management System (DBMS) in storing ordering data which causes accumulation of ordering data, so it is slow in searching for ordering data. In the monitoring process, the work on the system still uses WhatsApp telecommunications. The goal that the author wants to achieve in this final project is to support and improve the quality of better service to customers in placing orders and monitoring web creation. In order to overcome these problems the authors carry out analysis and design of system flow, system implementation, system testing. This Final Project was carried out through direct observation, interviews and literature studies. Then, data analysis is carried out on various system requirements related to the system being built. The results of black box testing of the system are of the 41 tests that have been carried out, 100% have succeeded in producing the required information. The results of the beta testing of the 3 access rights are that the project manager gets a total score of 4, the project admin gets a total score of 4.5 and the project subscriber gets a total score of 4.3. So, overall the access rights produce a good questionnaire value. From the test results it was concluded that the Website-Based Project Management Information System was built using the front end and back end. On the front end it uses HTML, CSS and JavaScript while on the back end it uses the PHP7 programming language. This system can store ordering and monitoring data stored in a DBMS, namely MYSQL, so that it can speed up the ordering process time for making the system and can control the making of the system in a systematic manner which helps Patfo and customers to check history in the process of making a system that generates invoice reports for payments, project progress and orders according to the period and payments according to the desired period in the form of a file *pdf.
