Abstract

Dalam pelaksanaan proyek konstruksi memerlukan suatu manajemen yang baik agar proyek dapat mencapai suatu tujuan yang telah direncanakan. Ketepatan biaya, waktu dan mutu sangat berpengaruh terhadap keberhasilan suatu proyek. Diantara faktor-faktor yang perlu diperhatikan adalah fator biaya dan waktu. Dari dua aspek tersebut pengendalian proyek dapat dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode Earned Value. Objek penelitian ini dilakukan pada proyek Pembangunan Panggung Kesenian Pelangi Intimung TAHAP II, yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui nilai CV, SV, CPI, SPI, ETC, EAC, mengetahui estimasi biaya dan waktu total pekerjaan proyek serta untuk mengetahui keuntungan atau kerugian pada proyek. Penelitian ini menggunakan data dari periode ke-1 hingga periode ke-24 dengan total durasi pekerjaan 24 periode. Dari hasil analisis menggunakan metode earned value periode ke-1 hingga periode ke-24 nilai CV tidak ditemukan nilai negatif. Kemudian inai SV terdapat nilai negatif atara periode ke-11 hingga ke-20. Untuk nilai CPI ditemukan nilai <1 dan nilai SPI memiliki nilai <1 pada periode ke-11 hingga ke-24. Setelah itu estimasi total biaya sebesar Rp 7,181,760,090.37 dan estimasi total waktu pengerjaan 24 minggu. Kata kunci: biaya, waktu, nilai hasil   In the implementation of construction projects requires a good management so that the project can achieve a planned goal. The accuracy of cost, time and quality is very influential on the success of a project. Among the factors that need to be considered are cost and time factors. From these two aspects, project control can be done using the Earned Value method. The object of this research is the Rainbow Intimung Art Stage Development project PHASE II, which aims to determine the value of CV, SV, CPI, SPI, ETC, EAC, to know the estimated cost and time of the total project work and to determine the advantages or disadvantages of the project. This study uses data from the 1st period to the 24th period with a total work duration of 24 periods. From the results of the analysis using the earned value method from the 1st period to the 24th period, the CV value was not found to be negative. Then the SV henna has a negative value between the 11th and 20th periods. For the CPI value, the value <1 is found and the SPI value has a value <1 in the 11th to 24th period. After that, the estimated total cost is IDR 7,181,760,090,37 and the estimated total processing time is 24 weeks. Keywords: cost, time, yield value
