Abstract

Air menjadi dasar kebutuhan bagi semua mahluk, tak terkecuali manusia pada perkembangan suatu daerah atau kota ditandai dengan pertumbuhan jumlah penduduk, dan meningkatnya kebutuhan akan air bersih. PDAM Tirta Baluran Situbondo adalah perusahan penyedia air bersih untuk wilayah Situbondo, sama seperti PDAM di kota lain memiliki berbagai masalah diantaranya kehilangan (uncounted water) dan tingkat pelayanan (coverage level). PDAM Tirta Baluran terletak di JL.Pb.Sudirman No.02 Karang Asem, Kec.Situbondo, Kab.Situbondo, Jawa timur dengan titik koordinat 7°42'26.0" S, 113°58'47.6" E dengan elevasi 20 mdpl. Jumlah pelanggan (SR) aktif per September 2021 tercatat sejumlah 24,792 SR yang tersebar di wilayah pelayanan PDAM Tirta Baluran dengan rincian 56 dusun dan 3 Pelayanan Umum (Sosial, Instansi dan Hidran Umum) serta 1 Niaga. maka dari itu untuk mengetahui kondisi hidrolis sistem jaringan PDAM Tirta Baluran perlu dilakukan suatu analisis. Penelitian ini dimulai dengan proyeksi penduduk dan proyeksi pelanggan sehingga bisa menggetahui kuantitas kapasitas produksinya mampu memenuhi kebutuhan pelanggan, Pengoperasian jaringan air bersih menggunakan program EPANET 2.0 berdasarkan data yang telah diperoleh, diantara panjang pipa, elevasi node dan reservoir, Kekasaran (C) pipa yang digunakan, dimana koefisien kekasaran pipa PVC untuk persamaan Hazen-William adalah 120. Selanjutnya, EPANET akan mengkalkulasi komponen-komponen lain yaitu flow (debit yang mengalir dalam pipa), velocity (kecepatan), unit headloss (kehilangan tekanan), friction factor (faktor gesekan), head (head total), dan pressure (tekanan).. Dari hasil hitungan menunjukan bahwa kapasitas reservoar yang ada (Kapasitas 1.400 m³) tidak sesuai dengan kebutuhan air saat ini dengan pelanggan 24.792 dengan tingkat pemakaian rata-rata (19.96 m³/bulan) tiap pelanggan. Evaluasi Layanan Distribusi Air Bersih yang menggunakan software Epanet 2.0 memberikan penjelasan bahwa jaringan primer pada PDAM Tirta Baluran Situbondo dengan sebaran distribusi di beberapa tempat masih mengalami low velocity Kata kunci: Jaringan Distribusi, Kebutuhan Air, Tekanan, Simulasi Epanet 2.0. Water is the basic need for all creatures, including humans, in the development of an area or city marked by population growth, and the increasing need for clean water. PDAM Tirta Baluran Situbondo is a company that provides clean water for the Situbondo area, just like PDAMs in other cities, it has various problems including loss (uncounted water) and service level (coverage level). PDAM Tirta Baluran is located at JL. Pb. Sudirman No. 02 Karang Asem, Kec. Situbondo, Kab. Situbondo, East Java with coordinates 7°42'26.0" S, 113°58'47.6" E with an elevation of 20 meters above sea level. The number of active customers (SR) as of September 2021 was recorded at 24,792 SR spread across the service area of PDAM Tirta Baluran with details of 56 hamlets and 3 Public Services (Social, Agencies and Public Hydrants) and 1 Commercial. Therefore, to determine the hydraulic condition of the PDAM Tirta Baluran network system, it is necessary to carry out an analysis. This research begins with population projections and customer projections so that they can find out the quantity of their production capacity that is able to meet customer needs. The operation of the clean water network using the EPANET 2.0 program is based on the data that has been obtained, including pipe length, node and reservoir elevation, Roughness (C) of pipes used , where the PVC pipe roughness coefficient for the Hazen-William equation is 120. Next, EPANET will calculate the other components, namely flow (discharge flowing in the pipe), velocity (velocity), unit headloss (loss of pressure), friction factor (friction factor). ), head (total head), and pressure (pressure). The calculation results show that the existing reservoir capacity (capacity 1,400 m) is not in accordance with the current water needs with 24,792 customers with an average usage rate (19.96 m/month) per customer. Evaluation of Clean Water Distribution Services using Epanet 2.0 software provides an explanation that the primary network at PDAM Tirta Baluran Situbondo with distribution distribution in several places is still experiencing low velocity Keywords: Distribution Network, Water Demand, Pressure, Simulation Epanet 2.0.
