Abstract

ABSTRAK PT.Sensasi Guna Terutama merupakan salah satu perusahan yang bergerak dibidang pengolahan kayu yang memproduksi barecore (batang kayu yang ditambahkan dengan perekat dalam mesin composer). Kegiatan produksi produk merupakan kegiatan yang memiliki tingkat risiko tinggi dan bahaya serta dapat menimbulkan kecelakaan yang bisa di bilang sangat serius, baik untuk perusahaan maupun pekerja. Jumlah kecelakaan dalam perusahaan pada PT Sensasi Guna Terutama selama satu tahun sejumlah 6 orang dan akibat kecelakaan tersebut karyawan mengalami luka fisik hingga cacat., maka dalam penelitian ini digunakan metode yang tepat yaitu Regresi Linier Berganda. Faktor- faktor yang mempengaruhi kecelakaan kerja di PT Sensasi Guna Terutama adalah faktor kesadaran atau X1, faktor lingkungan atau X2, dan Faktor Kebijakan atau X3. Dimana berdasarkan hasil uji regresi linier pada uji f dan t menunjukan nilai t dan f hitung lebih dari nilai t dan f tabel. Adapun usulan perbaikan yang dapat diberikan berdasarkan faktor yang berpengaruh adalah dengan Meningkatkan dispilin karyawan dengan cara memberi sanksi kepada karyawan yang tidak menggunakan alat pelindung diri sesuai dengan SOP perusahaan. Menerapkan metode Ringkas, Rapi, Resik, Rawat dan Rajin. Pihak perusahaan memberikan pengetahuan dan juga pelatihan K3 yang lebih lagi agar lebih memberikan pemahaman dalam penerapan juga meminimalisir terjadinya kecelakaan kerja. Dan perusahaan menyediakan APD lengkap kepada karyawan. Berdasarkan tabel uji t didapatkan hasil persamaan regresi linier bergandanya adalah Y = 28,75 + 0,815 X1 + 0,889 X2 + 0,296 X3. Dimana jika a = 28,75, b1 = 0,815, b2 = 0,889, dan b3 = 0,296 dimana pengaruh X1, X2, dan X3 berpengaruh terhadapa faktor Y sebesar 57,3%. Kata Kunci : kecelakan kerja,regresi linier berganda,k3 ANALYSIS OF FACTORS INFLUENCING CAUSES OF WORK ACCIDENTS AT PT. SENSASI GUNA TERUTAMA ABSTRACT PT. Sensasi Guna Terutama is one of the companies engaged in wood processing producing barecore (wood sticks added with adhesive in a composer machine). The production activities have a high level of risk and danger and may lead to severe accidents for companies and workers. The number of accidents in the company at PT Sensasi Guna Terutama for one year is six people. As a result of these accidents, the employees experience physical injuries to disabilities. So in this study, the right method, Multiple Linear Regression, was used. Factors influencing work accidents at PT Sensasi Guna Terutama are awareness or X1, environmental or X2, and policy factors or X3. Where based on the results of the linear regression test on the f and t-test shows the value of t and f count more than the value of the t and f table. The proposed improvements that can be given based on influential factors are increasing employee discipline by imposing sanctions on employees who do not use personal protective equipment following company SOPs—applying the Concise, Neat, Clean, Care, and Diligent method. The company provides more K3 knowledge and training to provide a better understanding of the application as well as to minimize work accident occurrence. And the company offers complete PPE to employees. Based on the t-test table, the multiple linear regression equation results are Y = 28.75 + 0.815 X1 + 0.889 X2 + 0.296 X3. Where if a = 28.75, b1 = 0.815, b2 = 0.889, and b3 = 0.296 where the influence of X1, X2, and X3 affects the Y factor of 57.3%. Keywords: work accidents, multiple linear regression, K3
