Abstract

ABSTRAK Tools Industries adalah salah satu usaha penyedia peralatan sablon yang bertempat di Jalan Tata Bumi Selatan, Banyuraden, Gamping, Sleman, DIY. Tools Industries menawarkan pembuatan peralatan sablon yang berupa Rak Screen, Rak Rakel, Meja Sablon, Meja Afdruk Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui tingkat kelayakan bisnis dan pengembangan investasi untuk tahun yang akan datang. Studi kelayakan bisnis dilakukan untuk mengidentifikasi masalah di masa yang akan datang dengan metode Capital Budgeting yang merupakan proses evaluasi bisnis guna menilai layak atau tidaknya sebuah bisnis dilaksanakan, dalam proses pengolahan data didapatkan hasil bahwa kelayakan bisnis tools industries dapat dikatakan layak dan ditambah nilai investasinya di tahun yang akan datang. Hal ini dikarenakan nilai IRR sebesar 13,01%, lebih besar dari discounted factor yaitu 6% yang diperoleh dari KUR BRI 2022. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa bisnis ini bisa dikatogerikan usaha layak dikembangkan dan ditambah nilai investasinya karena IRR > 6%. Yakni selama 12 periode/bulan dengan laba bersih sebesar Rp 286.258.538 dengan nilai NPV selama 12 periode sebesar Rp. 124.632.748 Dan Payback Period yang cukup cepat yaitu periode 5,4 periode atau 5 bulan 12 hari, sedangkan target dari pemilik bisnis adalah 6 bulan. Kata kunci : Capital Budgeting, kelayakan bisnis, Tools Industries BUSINESS FEASIBILITY ANALYSIS OF SCREEN TOOLS PROVIDERS USING THE CAPITAL BUDGETING METHOD IN UMKM TOOLS INDUSTRIES ABSTRACT Tools Industries is a screen printing equipment provider on Jalan Tata Bumi Selatan, Banyuraden, Gamping, Sleman, Yogyakarta Province. Tools Industries offers the manufacture of screen printing equipment in the form of Screen Racks, Rakel Racks, Screen Printing Tables, and Afdruk Tables. This research was conducted to determine the business feasibility and investment development level for the coming year. A business feasibility study is carried out to identify future problems using the Capital Budgeting method. It is a business evaluation process to assess whether or not a business is feasible. In the data processing, it is found that the business feasibility of tools industries can be said to be viable and added to the investment value which will come. It is because the IRR value is 13.01%, more significant than the discounted factor, which is 6%, obtained from KUR BRI 2022. Therefore, it can be concluded that this business can be categorized as a business worth developing, and the investment value is added because the IRR is > 6%. Namely, for 12 periods/month with a 286,258,538 IDR net profit with an NPV value for 12 periods of 124,632,748 IDR, the Payback Period is relatively fast, namely 5.4 periods or five months 12 days, while the target for business owners is six months.
