Abstract

ABSTRACT The decrease in the level of customer satisfaction with the services of the building shop (TB) Bangun Adil was caused by conventional goods data management, including data redundancy and poor product recap validity. Based on this, a web-based building goods inventory monitoring information system was built with a MYSQL database. The system development method uses the SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) method with Blackbox testing. As a result, all incoming and outgoing goods activities are properly controlled, all goods data is entered into the database, transactions on goods are recorded in the system and the output of this system can be used for strategies for purchasing building goods to future suppliers and creating dynamic period reports that will make it easier for the owner to define a sales strategy.
