Abstract

Abstrak Program keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja (K3) merupakan hal yang penting dalam menjaga kondisi fisik dan sikap kerjasama karyawan dalam perusahaan. Undang-undang No 1 tahun 1970 mengatur pentingnya perlindungan keselamatan kerja bagi setiap pekerja. UMKM tahu milik Bapak Kadek, sebuah industri mikro dan kecil, menghadapi tantangan dalam menerapkan K3 bagi para pekerjanya. Lingkungan kerja yang lembab dan licin, sistem pembuangan limbah yang buruk, serta kurangnya penggunaan alat pelindung diri (APD) menyebabkan risiko kecelakaan dan penyakit bagi para pekerja. Hasil wawancara menunjukkan adanya kasus kecelakaan kerja yang signifikan, yang berdampak pada penurunan tingkat produktivitas dan penghasilan karyawan. Tingkat kecelakaan kerja di UMKM tahu Bapak Kadek meningkat secara signifikan dari tahun 2021 ke tahun 2022. Frekuensi kecelakaan meningkat dari 577 menjadi 915 per juta jam kerja, sedangkan keparahan cidera cacat meningkat dari 2.090 menjadi 2.820. Dampak kecelakaan kerja juga berpengaruh pada produktivitas kerja. Pada tahun 2022, terjadi peningkatan jumlah jam kerja yang hilang akibat kecelakaan, yaitu sebanyak 154 jam. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa kecelakaan kerja yang sering terjadi berdampak negatif pada tingkat produktivitas.Tingkat kecelakaan kerja yang tinggi juga berpengaruh negatif terhadap kelangsungan perusahaan. Diperlukan upaya perbaikan dalam penerapan K3, seperti pelatihan ergonomi, pengawasan aktif, pengelolaan limbah, perlindungan pribadi, perbaikan fasilitas, dan kesadaran keselamatan. Dalam hal ini, Fault Tree Analysis digunakan untuk mengidentifikasi penyebab kecelakaan kerja. Dalam rangka meningkatkan tingkat produktivitas dan keselamatan karyawan, perlu adanya peningkatan program K3 di UMKM tahu Bapak Kadek. Law No. 1 of 1970 regulates the importance of protecting work safety for every worker. UMKM tofu owned by Mr. Kadek, a micro and small industry, faces challenges in implementing OSH for its workers. The working environment is damp and slippery, the waste disposal system is poor, and the lack of use of personal protective equipment (PPE) causes the risk of accidents and illness for workers. The results of the interviews indicated that there were significant work accident cases, which had an impact on decreasing employee productivity and income levels. The rate of work accidents at MSMEs knows Mr Kadek has increased significantly from 2021 to 2022. The frequency of accidents has increased from 577 to 915 per million hours worked, while the severity of disability injuries has increased from 2,090 to 2,820. The impact of work accidents also affects work productivity. In 2022, there will be an increase in the number of working hours lost due to accidents, namely 154 hours. This shows that frequent work accidents have a negative impact on the level of productivity. High levels of work accidents also have a negative effect on the continuity of the company. Improvements are needed in the application of OSH, such as ergonomics training, active supervision, waste management, personal protection, facility improvements, and safety awareness. In this case, Fault Tree Analysis is used to identify the causes of work accidents. In order to increase the level of productivity and employee safety, it is necessary to increase the K3 program in UMKM, Mr. Kadek knows.
