Abstract

ABSTRAK PT. Mandiri Jogja Internasional adalah perusahaan industri kulit yang memproduksi berbagai model fashion seperti tas, sepatu, dompet, dll. Dalam proses produksi PT. MJOINT dijalank an secara manual dan otomatis. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan terdapat aktivitas yang berpotensi terjadi KAK dengan peringkat level risiko berada pada level 3 (Moderate risk) dan level 2 (Low Risk). Untuk aktivitas dengan level 3 yaitu saat pemotongan kulit manual menggunakan cutter dan aktivitas mengembos menggunakan mesin seteamping. Sedangkan aktivitas lainnya berada di level 2 (Low risk) yaitu aktivitas menyeset kulit dan busa menggunakan mesin seset, pemotongan hand bag menggunakan mesin strap cutting dan pemotongan kulit simetri mengguanakan mesin hydraulic swing. Kecelakaan terjadi karena pekerja karena tidak mengunakan alat pelindung diri (APD) sarung tangan. Berdasarkan hal tersebut maka perlu dilakukan perancangan Alat Peling Diri (APD) sarung tangan yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan pekerja. Sehingga untuk mengurangi risiko KAK dilakukan percanganan APD tangan dengan mengikuti keinginan para pekerja yaitu dengan menggunakan metode Quality Function Deployment (QFD). Hasil penelitian menggunakan metode Quality Function Deployment (QFD) yaitu Nilai kepentingan atribut APD yang dapat melindungi jari dari risiko kecelakaan kerja sebesar 77%, Desain ergonomis sebesar 77% , Mudah digunakan sebesar 73%, Pelindung jari yang dapat merasakan permukaan material sebesar 72%, dan Bahan elastis sebesar 71% Kata kunci: QFD, APD, Sarung tangan ABSTRACT PT. Mandiri Jogja Internasional is a leather industry company that produces various fashion models such as bags, shoes, wallets, etc. The production process of PT. MJOINT is executed manually and automatically. Based on the results of the research that has been done, there are activities that have the potential to occur CAC with a risk level rating at level 3 (Moderate risk) and level 2 (Low Risk). For activities with level 3 or when cutting leather manually a cutter is used and for embossing activities a steaming machine is used. While other activities that are at level 2 (Low risk) are leather and foam sewing activities using a seset machine, hand bag cutting using a strap cutting machine and symmetrical leather cutting using a hydraulic swing machine. Accidents occur because workers do not use personal protective equipment (PPE) gloves. Based on this, it is necessary to design gloves that suit the needs of workers. So to reduce the risk of CAC, hand PPE was designed by following the wishes of the workers, namely by using the Quality Function Deployment (QFD) method. The results of the study used the Quality Function Deployment (QFD) method, namely the importance value of PPE attributes that can protect fingers from the risk of work accidents by 77%, Ergonomic design by 77%, Easy to use by 73%, Finger protectors that can feel the surface of the material by 72%, and elastic material of 71% Keywords: QFD, PPE, gloves
