Abstract

Abstrak PT Mandiri Jogja International, perusahaan pengolahan produk dari kulit seperti tas, dompet, dan berbagai aksesoris. Perusahaan ini dapat memproduksi tas 120 pcs/hari, dengan jam kerja 8 jam per hari. Kegiatan produksi di PT Mandiri Jogja Internasional masih menggunakan bantuan manusia dimana pada aktivitas kerja menggunakan alat manual yang mengandalkan manusia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur beban kerja fisik dan mental untuk mengurangi beresiko terjadiya kelebihan beban dimana beban kerja yang berlebihan mengakibatkan penurunan kualitas kerja. Beban kerja fisik diukur menggunakan perhitungan %CVL, beban kerja mental diukur menggunakan kuesioner NASA-TLX. Hasil perhitungan beban kerja fisik pada pekerja bagian persipan produksi terdapat satu pekerja yang memperoleh nilai %CVL >30% yaitu pemotongan 7, dengan memperoleh nilai %CVL sebesar 34,9 yang artinya diperlukan perbaikan tetapi tidak mendesak sedangkan ke16 pekerja bagian produksi lainnya memperoleh nilai %CVL <30% yang artinya tidak mengalami kelelahan. Hasil perhitungan beban mental di dapat kelima proses memperoleh nilai skor dengan interval 61 – 80 yang masuk pada kategori tinggi yaitu proses spray lem dengan skor 80,3, hendel skor 77,6, pemotongan 76,7, dan seset lop 66,3 sedangkan satu pekerjaan dengan interval skor 41 – 60 yang artinya masuk kategori sedang yaitu pada proses aksesoris. Kata kunci: Beban, Kerja, Fisik dan mental Abstract PT Mandiri Jogja International, a company that processes leather products such as bags, wallets and various accessories. This company can produce 120 bags/day, with working hours of 8 hours per day. Production activities at PT Mandiri Jogja Internasional still use human assistance wherein work activities use manual tools that rely on humans. This study aims to measure physical and mental workload to reduce the risk of overload where excessive workload results in decreased quality of work. Physical workload was measured using the %CVL calculation and mental workload was measured using the NASA-TLX questionnaire. In the results of calculating the physical workload on workers, in the production preparation section there is one worker who gets a %CVL value of > 30%, namely a cut of 7, obtaining a %CVL value of 34.9 which means repairs are needed but not urgent while the other 16 workers in the production section get %CVL value <30% which means no fatigue. The results of the calculation of the mental load in the five processes obtained scores with intervals of 61 – 80 which were included in the high category, namely the glue spray process with a score of 80.3, a handle score of 77.6, a cutting of 76.7, and a lop set of 66.3 while one work with a score interval of 41-60 which means it is in the medium category, namely in the accessories process.
