Abstract

ABSTRAK Pandemi yang baru saja menerpa dan teknologi yang terus berkembang terciptalah wastafel otomatis yang menggunakan sensor untuk mengidentifikasi adanya benda untuk membuat pompa air dan sabun bergerak keluar melalui keran. Produk tersebut diciptakan untuk mengurangi kontak dengan keran ataupun sabun. Salah satu produk wastafel otomatis dibuat oleh mahasiswa Universitas Teknologi Yogyakarta. Produk wastafel otomatis tersebut dirasa perlu dilakukan uji kegunaannya atau kemudahan penggunaannya. Hal ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui dapat atau tidaknya suatu produk dapat digunakan dengan benar dan sesuai dengan fungsinya, serta untuk menilai keberhasilan dalam aspek usability. Kuesioner USE digunakan untuk melakukan tes ini, dan lima parameter tes digunakan. khususnya, kemampuan belajar, efisiensi, daya ingat, menghindari kesalahan, dan kepuasan. Berdasarkan kriteria kegunaan, tujuan dari penulisan ini adalah untuk mengetahui pendapat pengguna mengenai produk wastafel cuci otomatis. Jumlah responden yang digunakan adalah 45 responden. Distribusi kuesioner USE yang terdiri dari sepuluh pertanyaan dan lima poin penilaian pada Skala Likert digunakan untuk melakukan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif pada produk wastafel otomatis. Penelitian ini memperoleh hasil pengukuran usability produk wastafel otomatis dengan nilai sebesar 84,67% pada learnability, 96,22% pada efficiency, 82,44% pada memorability, 88% pada errors dan 76,88% pada satisfaction Kata Kunci: Wastafel, Usability, USE Questionnaire, Validitas, Reliabilitas. ABSTRACT The pandemic that has just hit and technology that continues to develop creates an automatic sink that uses sensors to identify objects to make a pump of water and soap move out through the faucet. This product was created to reduce contact with faucets or soap. One of the automatic sink products was made by Yogyakarta Technology University students. It is felt that this automatic sink product needs to be tested for its usability or ease of use. This is done to determine whether or not a product can be used properly and according to its function, as well as to assess success in the usability aspect. The USE questionnaire was used to carry out this test, and five test parameters were used. specifically, learning ability, efficiency, memory, error avoidance, and satisfaction. Based on the usability criteria, the purpose of this paper is to find out the user's opinion about automatic washing sink products. The number of respondents used was 45 respondents. The distribution of the USE questionnaire consisting of ten questions and five rating points on a Likert Scale was used to conduct quantitative descriptive research on automatic sink products. This study obtained usability measurement results for automatic sink products with a value of 84.67% on learnability, 96.22% on efficiency, 82.44% on memorability, 88% on errors and 76.88% on satisfaction Keywords: Sink, Usability, USE Questionnaire, Validity, Reliability.
