Abstract

ABSTRAK Produktivitas merupakan salah satu faktor penting penunjang kelangsungan hidup suatu perusahaan, yang menganalisis dan mengevaluasi output yang diperoleh berdasarkan tingkat kinerja dalam jangka waktu tertentu. PT Gramasurya merupakan perusahaan Industri yang bergerak di bidang percetakan offset salah satu produknya yaitu produksi buku. Untuk mengetahui tingkat produktivitas suatu sektor produksi saat ini, maka perlu dilakukan perhitungan produktivitas, karena hasil perhitungan produktivitas tersebut dapat dijadikan faktor dalam pelaksanaan upaya peningkatan produktivitas perusahaan.. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Objective Matrix (OMAX) dan penentuan bobot kriteria dengan Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Proces (FAHP). Kriteria yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah produktivitas jam kerja mesin, produktivitas jam kerja efektif, produktivitas bahan baku, produktivitas energi listrik, dan efektifitas produksi dengan hasil penelitian bahwa pada bulan Januari - Desember 2022 Nilai produktivitas tertinggi terjadi pada bulan Maret dengan nilai 883 dan terrendah terjadi pada bulan November dengan nilai 94,5. Traffic Light System menunjukkan kriteria warna hijau berjumlah 12 warna, warna kuning berjumlah 9 warna, dan warna merah berjumlah 39 warna. Dengan banyaknya lampu berwarna merah yang menunjukkan tingkat pencapain produktifitas belum tercapai.. Berdasarkan diagram sebab akibat ada empat faktor penyebab penurunan produktivitas produksi buku yaitu faktor mesin, faktor material, faktor metode, dan faktor manusia. Kata Kunci : Produktivitas, Objective Matrix (OMAX), Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Proces (FAHP), Buku ABSTRACT Productivity is one of the important factors supporting the survival of a company, which analyzes and evaluates the output obtained based on the level of performance in a certain period of time. PT Gramasurya is an industrial company engaged in offset printing, one of its products is book production. To find out the level of productivity of a production sector at this time, it is necessary to calculate productivity, because the results of productivity calculations can be used as a factor in the implementation of efforts to increase company productivity. This study uses the Objective Matrix (OMAX) method and determines the weight of the criteria using the Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process (FAHP). The criteria used in this study are machine hours productivity, effective working hours productivity, raw material productivity, electrical energy productivity, and production effectiveness with the results of the research that in January - December 2022. The highest productivity values occur in March with a value of 883 and the lowest occurred in November with a value of 94.5. The Traffic Light System shows that the criteria for green are 12 colors, yellow are 9 colors, and red are 39 colors. With lots of red lights indicating the level of productivity achievement has not been reached. Based on the causal diagram, there are four factors causing the decline in book production productivity, namely the machine factor, the material factor, the method factor, and the human factor.
