Abstract
This report was written with the intent of gaining knowledge of PT. BPR Bank Bantul (PERSERODA)'s systems and procedures for opening and disbursing Manasuka deposits. The background for composing this report is the significance of written information pertaining to methods and procedures as material for company evaluation. This report is written utilizing Data Flow Diagrams (DFD) and Flowchart Diagrams as documentation tools, so it is clear which sections require special evaluation. The discussion results on DFD and Flowchart Diagrams indicate that a component must be evaluated, specifically in the customer data recording section, where only one member performs computerized customer data input. This way possibly permits errors in customer data recording.
