Abstract

ABSTRAK Perkembangan Kapanewon Depok yang sangat pesat ditandai dengan banyaknya fasilitas yang mudah dijumpai di pinggir jalan arteri menyebabkan arus urbanisasi tidak dapat lagi terkendali. Akbitanya, terjadi kenaikan kepadatan penduduk yang memaksa untuk terus melakukan perubahan pada fisik kota karena perlu adanya tempat tinggal beserta fasilitas pelengkapnya. Oleh karena itu, perlu dilakukan analisis mengenai faktor yang mempengaruhi ketersediaan ruang terbuka hijau (RTH) di Kapanewon Depok pada tahun 2015-2020. Dari hasil perhitungan AHP yang telah dilakukan, didapatkan hasil faktor yang mempengaruhi ketersediaan RTH di Kapanewon Depok yaitu fasilitas perdagangan/jasa sebesar 22%, fasilitas Pendidikan bobot 20%, dan fasilitas Kesehatan bobot 15,9%. Kata Kunci: ruang terbuka hijau, urbanisasi, fisik kota. ABSTRACT The rapid development of the Depok sub-district is marked by the many facilities that are easy to find on the sides of arterial roads, causing the flow of urbanization to no longer be controlled. As a result, there has been an increase in population density, which forces the city to continue making change to the physical city because people need a place to live and its complementary facilities. Therefore, it is necessary to analyze the factors that influence the availability of green space in Depok District in 2015–2020. From the results of the AHP calculations that have been carried out, the result of the factors that influence the available of green space in Depok District are: trade and service facilities at (22%), educationn facilities (20%), and healthh facilities with a weight of (15.9%).
