Abstract

ABSTRAK Masalah dari penelitian ini adalah bagaimana mengindentifikasi potensi bahaya dari sarana di area penerpalan SU, bag plant, coalmill, packhouse, rawmill dan bagaimana pengendalian yang dapat dilakukan. Metode JSA (Job analysis safety) dapat mengidentifikasi potensi resiko kecelakaan kerja yang dapat terjadi pada proses inspeksi kendaraan pada area PT Solusi Bangun Indonesia Tbk Cilacap, serta melakukan penilaian resiko yang timbulkan dan melakukan upaya pencegahan kecelakaan kerja. Tujuan dari penelitian ini ialah menganalisis potensi kecelakaan kerja menggunakan metode JSA sehingga didapatkan rekomendasi atau solusi kepada operator untuk meminimalisir terjadinya kecelakaan kerja. Maka hasil yang didapatkan yaitu Pada kategori rendah berpotensi bahaya seperti terpeleset; Pada kategori sedang berpotensi bahaya seperti posisi kerja statis dan truck tergelincir; dan Pada kategori tinggi berpotensi bahaya seperti terjatuh dari ketinggian, full body farnes yang digunakan tidak terpasang dengan kuat. Upaya yang dapat dilakukan terkait kesehatan dan keselamatan kerja berdasarkan hierarki pengendalian. Rekomendasi pengendalian sesuai dengan hierarki yaitu pengendalian administrasi yaitu memberikan edukasi mengenai postur tubuh pekerja yang baik dan benar hingga melakukan peregangan dan relaksasi serta memanfaatkan waktu istirahat dengan sebaik-baiknya selama 2-5 menit, selain itu memberikan edukasi dalam bentuk poster mengenai bahaya bekerja diarea ketinggian, pemahaman terhadap LOTOTO dan memasang safety sign. Kunci: k3, job safety analysis, potensi bahaya, hirarki pengendalian   ABSTRACT The problem of this research is how to identify potential hazards from facilities in the distribution area of SU, bag plant, coalmill, packhouse, rawmill and how to control them. The JSA (Job analysis safety) method can identify potential risks of work accidents that can occur during the vehicle inspection process in the PT Solusi Bangun Indonesia Tbk Cilacap area, as well as carry out risk assessments that arise and make efforts to prevent work accidents. The purpose of this study is to analyze the potential for work accidents using the JSA method so that recommendations or solutions are obtained for operators to minimize the occurrence of work accidents. Then the results obtained are in the low category with potential hazards such as slipping; In the category of being potentially dangerous, such as static work positions and truck slipping; and in the high category with potential hazards such as falling from a height, the full body harness used is not securely attached. Efforts that can be made related to occupational health and safety based on the control hierarchy. Control recommendations according to the hierarchy are administrative controls by providing education about good and correct worker posture to stretching and relaxing and making the best use of rest periods for 2-5 minutes. In addition, providing education in the form of posters regarding the dangers of working at heights, understanding LOTOTO, and installing safety signs.
