Abstract

ABSTRAK Balai Pengembangan Teknologi Tepat Guna merupakan badan yang bergerak dibidang jasa, memproduksi alat tepat guna dan pelayanan berupa servis alat maupun part. hasil dari wawancara dengan pembimbing, kecelakaan kerja berasal dari proses produksi selama 1 tahun terakhir sebanyak 5 kali, yaitu; mata terkena serpihan hasil pemotongan besi, tangan terkena gerinda, tangan terkena besi las yang panas, tangan terjepit mesin saat proses produksi dan tangan tergores plat saat proses produksi. Hazard and Operability Study (HAZOP) merupakan teknik standar yang digunakan dalam penyusunan pembentukan keamanan di sistem baru atau modifikasi terhadap potensi bahaya atau masalah. Mengoperasikannya dengan cara mengidentifikasi dan mengevaluasi bahaya dalam proses yang direncanakan atau yang sudah ada dan dioperasikan dengan cara yang paling efektif, ekonomis dan tepat waktu ketika semua pertimbangan dan kendala yang relevan diperhitungkan. Ditemukan potensi bahaya yang dapat menimbulkan kecelakaan kerja pada bengkel produksi BPTTG yaitu sebanyak 15 potensi bahaya diantaranya 12 potensi bahaya dengan nilai 80% kategori sedang, 2 potensi bahaya dengan nilai 13,33% kategori tinggi dan 1 potensi bahaya dengan nilai 6,66% kategori rendah. Pengendalian risiko kecelakaan kerja yang ada pada bengkel produksi BPTTG dapat dilakukan dengan menggunakan APD sesuai dengan UU No. 1 tahun 1970 tentang keselamatan kerja, permenakertrans No. 8 tahun 2010 pasal 3 mengenai Alat pelindung diri diantaranya, sarung tangan safety, sepatu safety sesuai Standar EN ISO 20345:2011 tentang standar yang wajib pada safety shoes, wearpack, kacamata safety, dan penggunaan masker ataupun kipas angin. Kata kunci: Kesehatan dan Keselamatan Kerja (K3), Hazard and Operability Study (HAZOP), Risiko Bahaya. ABSTRACT The Center for Appropriate Technology Development is an agency engaged in services, producing appropriate tools and services in the form of servicing tools and parts. The results of interviews with supervisors, work accidents stem from the production process for the past 1 year 5 times, including; the eyes are exposed to splinters resulting from iron cutting, the hands are exposed to grinding, the hands are exposed to hot welding iron, the hands are pinched by the machine during the production process and the hands are scratched by plates during the production process. The Hazard and Operability Study (HAZOP) is a standard technique used in the preparation of safety establishments in new or modified systems against potential hazards or problems. Operate it by identifying and evaluating hazards in planned or existing processes and operating them in the most effective, economical and timely manner when all relevant considerations and constraints are taken into account. Found a potential hazard that can cause work accidents in BPTTG production workshops. There are 15 potential hazards including 12 potential hazards with a value of 80% in the medium category, 2 potential hazards with a value of 13.33% in the high category and 1 potential hazard with a value of 6.66% in the low category. Controlling the risk of work accidents in the BPTTG production workshop can be carried out by using PPE in accordance with Law Number 1 of 1970 concerning work safety, Permenakertrans Number 8 of 2010 article 3 concerning Personal protective equipment including, safety gloves, safety shoes according to EN ISO 20345: 2011 standard concerning mandatory standards on safety shoes, wearpacks, safety goggles, and the use of masks or fans.
