Abstract

ABSTRAK PT. Sinergi Gula Nusantara (PG Pagotan Madiun) merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang produksi gula, yang berlokasi dijalan raya Ponorogo, Pagotan, Geger, Kota Madiun. Masalah yang ada pada PG Pagotan Madiun pada saat produksi penggilingan masih mengabaikan keselamatan dan Kesehatan kerja yang dimana hal tersebut memungkinkan terjadinya potensi bahaya kecelakaan kerja pada saat proses penggilingan. Tujuan dilakukannya penelitian ini untuk mengetahui potensi bahaya yang ada pada PG Pagotan Madiun, mengetahui upaya pengendalian risiko kecelakaan kerja yang ada pada perusahaan. Metode Hazard Identification Risk Assesment and Risk Control (HIRARC) merupakan metode yang digunakan dari menentukan jenis kegiatan kerja yang kemudain diidentifikasi sumber bahayanya sehingga di dapatkan risikonya. kemudian akan dilakukan penilaian resiko dan pengendalian risiko untuk mengurangi paparan bahaya yang terdapat pada setiap jenis pekerjaan. Sedangkan Job Safety Analisys merupakan metode yang bertujuan untuk melakukan analisis terhadap potensi bahaya yang ada dan untuk melakukan Langkah pencegahan terhadap risiko kecelakaan yang ada. Setelah dilakukan perhitungan risiko kecelakaan kerja dengan metode Hazard Identification Risk Assesment and Risk Control didapatkan nilai risiko kecelakaan kerja dengan kategori High Risk sebesar 0,52 %, Moderate Risk sebesar 0,47 %, dan Low Risk sebesar 0 %. Untuk metode Job Safety Analysis perhitungan nilai risiko kecelakaan kerja dilakukan dengan kategori low risk berada direntang 0 sampai 1,66, moderate risk berada direntang 1,66 sampai 3,32, high risk berada diatas 3,32. Synergy Gula Nusantara (PG Pagotan Madiun) is a company engaged in the production of sugar, which is located on Jalan Raya Ponorogo, Pagotan, Geger, City of Madiun. The problems that exist in PG Pagotan Madiun during milling production still ignore occupational safety and health which allows for potential work accident hazards during the milling process. The purpose of this research is to find out the potential hazards that exist in PG Pagotan Madiun, to find out the efforts to control the risk of work accidents that exist in the company. The Hazard Identification Risk Assessment and Risk Control (HIRARC) method is a method used to determine the type of work activity and then identify the source of the hazard so that the risks are identified. Then, a risk assessment and risk control will be carried out to reduce exposure to hazards found in each type of work. Meanwhile, Job Safety Analysis is a method that aims to analyze potential hazards and to take preventive measures against existing accident risks. After calculating the risk of work accidents using the Hazard Identification Risk Assessment and Risk Control method, the value of work accident risk with the High Risk category is 0.52%, Moderate Risk is 0.47%, and Low Risk is 0%. For the Job Safety Analysis method, the calculation of the work accident risk value is carried out with the low risk category ranging from 0 to 1.66, moderate risk ranging from 1.66 to 3.32, high risk ranging from 3.32.
