Abstract

Pertumbuhan penduduk yang semakin tinggi berbanding lurus dengan pertumbuhan tranportasi di daerah tersebut, sehingga mengakibatkan juga kemungkinan terjadi kecelakaan pada suatu daerah. Kecelakaan lalu lintas umumnya terjadi karena faktor manusianya sendiri yaitu kelelahan, kurangnya pengecekan berkala, melanggar rambu lalulintas, dan faktor kondisi lingkungan yaitu cuaca, permukaan jalan.. Contohnya Jalan Urip Sumoharjo yang merupakan merupakan jalur arteri jalur penghubung antar provinsi Jawa Tengah dengan Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta daerah yang memiliki tingkat berpotensi mengakibatkan kerawanan kecelakaan yang besar. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk Untuk mengetahui apakah jalan Urip Sumoharjo Kota Magelang termasuk daerah rawan kecelakaan lalu lintas dan mencari solusi cara mencegah dan mengatasi kecelakaan di daerah rawan kecelakaan. Berdasarkan hasil analisis yang telah dilakukan jalan Urip Sumoharjo termasuk daerah rawan kecelakaan dibuktikan dengan Nilai Z-Score sebesar 5,292 dinyatakan bahwa jalan Urip Sumoharjo kota Magelang termasuk daerah rawan kecelakaan (Black site) sedangkan Nilai Cusum sebesar 46,54 pada tahun 2020 dan 32,54 pada 2021 yang artinya jalan Urip Sumoharjo termasuk dalam kriteria titik rawan kecelakaan lalu lintas. Berdasarkan volume lalu lintas daerah studi tingkat pelayanan C tingkat pelayanan pada jalan Urip Sumoharjo masih memenuhi Standart Peraturan Menteri No. 96 Tahun 2015. hasil pemeriksaan rambu lalu lintas di jalan Urip Sumoharjo sangat minim rambu lalu lintas. Umumnya lampu penerangan jalan hanya bersumber dari lampu penerangan, kurang nya rambu batas kecepatan dan beberapa rambu yang perlu di cat ulang. Beberapa tempat penting seperti bundaran tidak dilengkapi dengan rambu batas kecepatan dan lampu penerangan. Untuk kondisi jalan masih bagus tapi ada beberapa bagian yang mengalami retak-retak pada bagian jalan tersebut. Solusi penanganan yang diberikan memberikan rambu peringatan batas kecepatan, menambahkan lampu peringatan yang menginformasikan bahwa pengendara sedang berada di daerah rawan kecelakaan, dan melakukan perawatan berkala terhadap fasilitas pelengkap jalan. Traffic accidents generally occur due to the human factor itself, namely fatigue, lack of periodic checks, violating traffic signs, and environmental conditions, namely weather, road surface. For example, Jalan Urip Sumoharjo which is an arterial route connecting the province of Central Java with the Special Region of Yogyakarta. areas that have the potential to result in a high accident hazard. The purpose of this study is to find out whether the Urip Sumoharjo road, Magelang City is a traffic accident-prone area and find solutions for preventing and overcoming accidents in accident-prone areas. Based on the results of the analysis that has been carried out, the Urip Sumoharjo road is an accident-prone area as evidenced by the Z-Score value of 5.292 it is stated that the Urip Sumoharjo road in Magelang is an accident-prone area (Black site) while the Cusum value is 46.54 in 2020 and 32.54 in 2021, which means that the Urip Sumoharjo road is included in the criteria for traffic accident-prone points. Based on the traffic volume in the study area, the service level C, the service level on the Urip Sumoharjo road, still meets the Standards of Ministerial Regulation no. 96 of 2015. The results of the inspection of traffic signs on the Urip Sumoharjo road are very minimal. Generally, street lighting only comes from lighting, the lack of speed limit signs and some signs that need to be repainted. Some important places such as roundabouts are not equipped with speed limit signs and lighting. The road condition is still good but there are some parts that have cracks on that part of the road. The handling solution provided provides speed limit warning signs, adds a warning light that informs the driver that the driver is in an accident-prone area, and performs regular maintenance on road complementary facilities.
