Abstract

Kajian Pengendalian Banjir ini dilakukan karena objek kajian yaitu DAS (Daerah Aliran Sungai) di sepanjang Desa Dlangu merupakan wilayah yang sering terdampak banjir yang limpasannya lumayan besar setiap tahunnya oleh karena itu kami mencoba untuk mengkaji apa saja permasalahan yang terjadi di lapangan, mengetahui kondisi riil di DAS (Daerah Aliran Sungai) di sepanjang Desa Dlangu dan menentukan metode non struktur yang tepat untuk memberikan pengaruh yang baik terhadap kelayakan fungsi sungai. Metode Kajian Pengendalian Banjir ini adalah metode kualitatif yaitu pengambilan data dengan wawancara dan observasi dengan bentuk data berupa teks atau narasi. Membuat metode dimana metode ini adalah bagan atau tabel yang mempermudah untuk memahami rincian metode non struktur yang akan diterapkan beserta dengan alasan dan dasar-dasar lain yang mendukung alasan tersebut. Menganalisis metode non struktur yang dipilih atau diterapkan di Daerah Aliran Sungai Dlangu beserta mempertimbangkan alasan yang spesifik dan kritis supaya terciptanya kolaborasi hipotesis yang efektif dan efisien sehingga dapat direalisasikan hingga masyarakat yang terdampak dapat merasakan manfaatnya secara nyata. Berdasarkan hasil analisis dan pembahasan yang telah dilakukan pada Kajian Pengendalian Banjir di DAS Desa Dlangu ini didapatkan kesimpulan sebagai berikut: Pengaplikasian metode non struktur yang dimuat pada Modul 04 Metode Pengendalian Banjir yang diterbitkan dari Kementrian Pekerjaan Umum dan Perumahan Rakyat Badan Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia (Pusat Pendidikan dan Pelatihan Sumber Daya Air dan Konstruksi) yang berjudul Modul Metode Pengendalian Banjir Pelatihan Pengendalian Banjir yang diterbitkan pada tahun 2017 ini tentu harus disesuaikan dengan kondisi di lapangan dan keadaan masyarakat di sepanjang DAS Desa Dlangu karena walaupun secara tertulis metode tersebut itu baik namun terkadang eksekusi di lapangan belum tentu terlaksana dengan baik oleh karena itu pentingnya kolaborasi antara masyarakat dan pemerintah daerah agar terciptanya metode pengendalian banjir non struktur yang ideal. Kata kunci: Banjir, DAS, Pengendalian Banjir, Metode, Kelayakan Sungai.   This Flood Control Study was carried out because the object of the study, namely the watershed (Watershed Area) along Dlangu Village is an area that is often affected by floods whose runoff is quite large every year, therefore we try to study what problems occur in the field, knowing the real conditions in Watersheds (Watershed Areas) along Dlangu Village and determine the appropriate non-structural method to have a good influence on the feasibility of river functions. This Flood Control Study Method is a qualitative method, namely data collection by interviews and observations in the form of text or narrative data. Creating a method where this method is a chart or table that makes it easier to understand the details of the non-structural method that will be applied along with the reasons and other basics that support these reasons. Analyzing the non-structural methods selected or applied in the Dlangu River Basin and considering specific and critical reasons in order to create an effective and efficient hypothesis collaboration so that it can be realized so that the affected communities can feel the real benefits. Based on the results of the analysis and discussion that has been carried out in the Study of Flood Control in the Dlangu Village watershed, the following conclusions are obtained: The application of non-structural methods contained in Module 04 Flood Control Methods published from the Ministry of Public Works and Public Housing, Human Resources Development Agency Education and Training on Water Resources and Construction) entitled Flood Control Method Module The Flood Control Training which was published in 2017 must of course be adapted to the conditions in the field and the conditions of the community along the Dlangu Village watershed because even though in writing the method is good, sometimes the execution in the field it is not necessarily implemented well, therefore the importance of collaboration between the community and local government in order to create an ideal non-structural flood control method.
