Abstract
Terminal Jombor merupakan terminal tipe B yang memiliki luas 9.200 m² yang terletak di Kelurahan Sinduadi, Kecamatan Mlati, Kabupaten Sleman. Terminal tipe B mampu melayani jenis angkutan antar kota dalam propinsi (AKDP), angkutan kota (AK), serta angkutan pedesaan (ADES). Dalam peraturan tata ruang dan wilayah (RTRW) Propinsi DIY Terminal Jombor diatur sebagai terminal tipe B, namun pada pelaksanaanya Terminal Jombor ini juga melayani Angkutan penumpang untuk jenis angkutan antar provinsi(AKAP), ini menunjukkan bahwa Terminal Jombor melayani bus standar dari terminal tipe A. Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu didapatkan kenaikan di Terminal Jombor pada tahun 2016 ke 2017 yaitu sebesar 5,26% naik 50.337 penumpang, tahun 2017 ke 2018 yaitu 39,27% naik 617.990 penumpang, tahun 2018 ke 2019 yaitu 19,54% naik 382.383 penumpang, dan pada tahun 2019 ke 2020 turun -157,15 % turun 1.195.376 penumpang. Rata-rata penumpang perhari tahun 2016 yaitu 2.480 orang, tahun 2017 yaitu 2618 orang, tahun 2018 yaitu 4.311 orang, tahun 2019 yaitu 5.358 orang, dan tahun 2020 yaitu 2.084 orang. Hasil prediksi jumlah penumpang untuk tahun 2021 rata-rata penumpang perhari 6.274 orang, pada tahun 2022, rata-rata penumpang perhari 7.645 orang, pada tahun 2023, rata-rata penumpang perhari 8.626 orang, pada tahun 2024, rata-rata penumpang perhari 10.945 orang, dan pada tahun 2025, rata-rata penumpang perhari 12.008 orang. Menurut Terminal Jombor Kapasitas maksimal terminal saat ini untuk penumpang perhari adalah 3.000 penumpang, dan telah melibihi batas kapasitas yang telah ditentukan pada tahun 2018, 2019, 2021, 2022, 2023, 2024, 2025. Hasil kuisioner di Terminal Jombor menggunakan metode Castomer statisfaction Indeks mendapatkan hasih nilai sebesar 64,95 % dan hasil ini menurut kretria CSI termasuk dalam kategori cukup puas. Rencana Luas Terminal Jombor, luas lahan yang dibutuhkan terminal saat ini untuk area kedatangan sebesar 16914,1 m² dan untuk area keberangkatan sebesar 18.427,5 m² luas saat ini 2.900 m², luas area parkir bus akap area kedatangan mendapatkan nilai luas rencana 780 m², untuk area keberangkatan 721,6 m² luas area parkir bus akap terminal saat ini 192 m² jadi belum memenuhi dan perlu dilakukan perluasan area parkir bus akap, untuk area ruang tunggu 476,7 m² dengan jumlah tempat duduk 123 sheat, untuk luas loket 97 m², dan untuk luas toilet 65,1 m². Kata Kunci : Terminal tipe B, Prediksi, survei ABSTRACT Jombor Terminal is a type B terminal which has an area of 9,200 m² which is located in Sinduadi Village, Mlati District, Sleman Regency. Terminal type B is able to serve the types of transportation between cities within the province (AKDP), urban transportation (AK), and rural transportation (ADES). In the spatial and regional regulations (RTRW) of Yogyakarta Province, Jombor Terminal is regulated as a type B terminal, but in practice this Jombor Terminal also serves passenger transportation for the type of inter-provincial transportation (AKAP), this shows that Jombor Terminal serves standard buses from type A terminals. . The results of this study showed an increase in the Jombor Terminal from 2016 to 2017 which was 5.26%, an increase of 50,337 passengers, from 2017 to 2018 which was 39.27%, an increase of 617.990 passengers, from 2018 to 2019, which was 19.54%, an increase of 382,383 passengers. , and in 2019 to 2020 it fell -157.15% down 1,195,376 passengers. The average passenger per day in 2016 was 2,480 people, in 2017 it was 2618 people, in 2018 it was 4,311 people, in 2019 it was 5,358 people, and in 2020 it was 2,084 people. The results of the prediction of the number of passengers for 2021 the average passenger per day is 6,274 people, in 2022, the average passenger per day is 7,645 people, in 2023, the average passenger per day is 8,626 people, in 2024, the average passenger per day is 10,945 people , and in 2025, the average passenger per day is 12,008 people. According to Jombor Terminal, the current maximum capacity of the terminal for passengers per day is 3,000 passengers, and has exceeded the predetermined capacity limit in 2018, 2019, 2021, 2022, 2023, 2024, 2025. The results of the questionnaire at Jombor Terminal using the Castomer satisfaction Index method get the value of 64.95% and this result according to the CSI criteria is included in the category of quite satisfied. Jombor Terminal Area Plan, the current required land area for the arrival area is 16914.1 m² and for the departure area is 18,427.5 m², the current area is 2,900 m², the bus parking area for the arrival area gets a plan area value of 780 m², for departure area 721.6 m² the area of the terminal bus parking area is currently 192 m² so it has not been fulfilled and it is necessary to expand the term bus parking area, for the waiting room area of 476.7 m² with 123 seats, for the counter area of 97 m², and for a toilet area of 65.1 m².
