Abstract

Sistem infromasi merupakan suatu sistem yang membantu penggunaan teknologi untuk mendukung manajemen dan kegiatan operasional. Sistem infromasi sangat membantu jika diterapkan pada administrasi pendidikan. Administrasi mengenai kehadiran yang ada di SMA N 1 Haurgeulis saat ini masih menggunakan sistem rekap yang kurang efektif. Hal ini menyebabkan beberapa permasalahan antara lain yaitu, guru piket membutuhkan waktu yang lama untuk mendapatkan informasi data absensi siswa. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengembangkan sistem informasi kehadiran siswa yang sedang berjalan di SMA N 1 Haurgeulis dan untuk mengetahui hasil uji dari sistem informasi kehadiran siswa di SMA N 1 Haurgeulis. Dengan sistem informasi kehadiran siswa tersebut, akan mampu membantu staff sekretariat dalam melakukan back-up data, dan meminimalisir waktu pencarian data absensi siswa menjadi lebih efisien. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode pengembangan sistem model waterfall. Metode pengujian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah uji kelayakan standar ISO 25010, dengan pengujian functionality dilakukan menggunakan teknik SUS (System Usability Scale) dan pengujian usability menggunakan USE Questionnaire oleh Arnold M. Lund (2001), serta pengujian portability menggunakan dua perangkat berbeda yaitu HP 245 G5 Dekstop dan OPPO A31 CPH2015 Android. Pada tahap pengembangan dibutuhkan beberapa tools yaitu SQL Server, Sublime Text, dan Xampp. Hasil produk yang dibuat yaitu berupa sistem informasi kehadiran siswa di SMA N 1 Haurgeulis. Pengujian yang telah dilakukan menggunakan aspek pengujian ISO 25010, pengujian sistem informasi kehadiran siswa aspek functionality mendapatkan skor 100% dan untuk pengujian usability mendapatkan skor 80% dengan kriteria “Baik”, serta pada pengujian aspek portability dengan dua device yang berbeda, semuanya dapat berjalan dengan baik. Information system is a system that helps use technology to support management and operational activities. The information system is very helpful when applied to educational administration. Administration regarding attendance at SMA N 1 Haurgeulis is currently still using a recap system which is less effective. This causes several problems, namely, picket teachers need a long time to get information on student attendance data. The purpose of this research is to develop a student attendance information system that is currently running at SMAN 1 Haurgeulis and to find out the test results of the student attendance information system at SMAN 1 Haurgeulis. With this student attendance information system, it will be able to assist secretariat staff in backing up data, and minimizing the search time for student attendance data to be more efficient. The research method used is the waterfall model system development method. The testing method used in this study is the ISO 25010 standard adequacy test, with functionality testing carried out using the SUS (System Usability Scale) technique and usability testing using the USE Questionnaire by Arnold M. Lund (2001), as well as portability testing using two different devices, namely the HP 245 G5 Desktop and OPPO A31 CPH2015 Android. At the development stage, several tools are needed, namely SQL Server, Sublime Text, and Xampp. The results of the product made are in the form of an information system for student attendance at SMA N 1 Haurgeulis. Tests that have been carried out using the ISO 25010 testing aspect, testing the student attendance information system in the functionality aspect get a score of 100% and for usability testing gets a score of 80% with the "Good" criterion. As well as testing the portability aspect with two different devices, everything can run well.
