Abstract

Pengembangan teknologi dimasa sekarang telah merambah keberbagai sektor, salah satunya yaitu sektor pendidikan. Pada bidang pendidikan, teknologi berperan penting dalam membangun sistem informasi guna mempermudah proses administrasi. Pendataan yang masih manual mengakibatkan sekolah terkendala dalam rekap laporan buku induk siswa yang kurang termanajemen dengan baik. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengembangkan sistem informasi buku induk siswa berbasis website serta mengetahui hasil uji sistem informasi buku induk siswa berbasis website menggunakan pengujian ISO/IEC 25010 di SMK YPKK 1 Sleman. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengembangan yaitu metode waterfall dengan tahapan analisis kebutuhan (requirement), desain sistem (design system), pengkodean dan pengujian (coding & testing), penerapan program (implementation) dan pemeliharaan (maintenance). Hasil dari penelitian ini berupa sistem informasi buku induk siswa berbasis website dengan fitur pengelolaan data identitas siswa dan rekap nilai akhir siswa. Hasil pengujian pada aspek functional suitability mendapat nilai sebesar 1 maka sistem dapat digunakan dengan baik. Kemudian, pada pengujian dari aspek usability diperoleh skor sebesar 84,66% sehingga dapat dikatakan bahwa sistem layak untuk digunakan. Today's technological development has penetrated into various sectors, one of which is the education sector. In the field of education, technology plays an important role in building information systems to simplify administrative processes. Data collection that is still manual results in schools being constrained in recapitulating student master book reports that are not well managed. The purpose of this study was to develop a website-based student manual information system and to find out the results of a website-based student textbook information system test using ISO/IEC 25010 testing at SMK YPKK 1 Sleman. The method used in development is the waterfall method with the stages of requirements analysis, system design, coding and testing, implementation and maintenance. The results of this study are in the form of a website-based student master book information system with features for managing student identity data and recapitulating student final grades. The test results on the functional suitability aspect get a value of 1, so the system can be used properly. Then, in testing the usability aspect, a score of 84.66 was obtained so that it can be said that the system is feasible to use.
