Abstract

During restrictions on community activities due to the pandemic, public access to tourist destinations has been reduced. This has affected the revenue of CV. Kutubuku Sahabat Anak as a provider of souvenirs and by formal tourism in Borobudur Temple, Prambanan Temple, Ratuboko Temple, and Agrowisata Bhumi Merapi. This restriction influences the income of CV. Kutubuku Sahabat Anak, which initially averaged Rp.150,000,000 per year in 2017 to Rp.26,000,000 per year in 2020. In addition, throughout 2021, the company's operations were down. The lack of sales led to the accumulation of products in all stands. Meanwhile, the conventional and manual supply systems did not run well due to reduced employee activity. This accumulation of products and restrictions has led to the destruction of many of their products, and therefore is not feasible. Furthermore, the lack of archiving of entry and exit products makes it difficult for companies to make controlling activities. Therefore, the implementation of this web-based goods supply information system is expected can provide solution with information technology approach. The data processed in this system are raw materials data, goods data, in and out goods data, vendor data, user data, supplier data and goods stocks. The system was constructed using MYSQL Online database and made web- based so that it could be accessed by users anywhere effectively and efficiently. Keywords: Inventory, Goods, Stock, Web
