Abstract

ABSTRACT Fund management at the Aswirusani An-Naba Foundation is currently still running manually and ineffectively, for example in the process of reporting incoming funds by the person in charge only using the WhatsApp application for reporting media when there are incoming donations, so that problems such as input errors or reporting omissions often occur. The process of recording incoming funds is also done repeatedly by the finance department using Excel software, which can waste more time and energy. As a result, financial allocation is hampered due to data unsynchronization between incoming funds and funds reported or managed. Based on the problems that occur, this research is conducted to provide proposals in designing and building a web-based donor service and fund management information system with a design process using the waterfall method. This system design uses an object-based approach Unified Modeling Language (UML) consisting of 3 diagrams, namely use case, activity and class. The database used is MySQL and testing uses blackbox techniques. The results of this final project research are designing and building a system using the PHP programming language using the Laravel framework which is used to assist and simplify the process of reporting and managing donor funds, especially for donors, those in charge, and the finance department so that the financial allocation or distribution process will be more transparent and effective than before at the Aswirusani An Naba Foundation.
