Abstract
Sanggarpeni manufactures wooden batik crafts that produce a variety of handicrafts, including accessories, home décor, and home furnishings. Since 1989, Sanggarpeni has been a part of the Krebet Tourism Village, located in the Pajangan subdistrict of Bantul. Sanggarpeni's problem is that purchasing, selling, managing product data, and generating reports, which is still done manually, frequently results in errors and is inefficient. Consequently, the market reach is also diminished. For this reason, an effective and efficient information system is necessary. This research intends to develop a Web-based Wooden Batik Sales System to simplify for Sanggarpeni to introduce and market products with a broader market reach and to facilitate the sale and purchase of handicraft products. This website was built with the Laravel framework, bootstrap, PHP (Pear Hypertext Preprocessor), CSS, and MySQL database. The web-based wooden batik sales system is anticipated to expedite the online purchasing and selling process and help introduce and market products with a broader market reach.
