Abstract
ABSTRACT Archives are a source of information that has an important function to support the administrative and management activities of an agency. All activities carried out by the agency, be it in the form of proposals, correspondence or other documents will be stored as archives. The recorded information is evidence and documentation or memory for the agency concerned. At the Mulyodadi Village Government, the current letter filing system is still not computerized, but manual recording is still being carried out. This is certainly less effective and efficient, especially in conducting data searches and preparing reports on a certain date scale. Therefore we need a letter archiving information system that can make it easier to make data on incoming letters, outgoing letters, dispositions, reports, and can save letter files in pdf format. This system was developed using the PHP programming language using the MySql database. With this information system, it is hoped that it can help users in the Mulyodadi Village Government in managing letter filing.
