Abstract
ABSTRACT PKPRI Purworejo City opens a guest house or inn at an affordable price and strives to provide satisfying service facilities. However, the process experienced several obstacles, such as: management and reservation data, there were still many errors due to not using a system that supports these activities. Researchers are trying to implement a reservation system at the guesthouse into two technologies, namely in the form of a website that is accessed by the admin and mobile technology that is accessed by users or visitors. In the process of making the system, data collection methods are carried out by interviews and observations. This website-based and mobile-based reservation technology was chosen because it makes it easier to access data managers and reservation activities that are more effective and accurate. To overcome this problem the researchers built a website and mobile-based reservation system. The results of the research are in the form of a reservation application system that makes it easier for the guest house and visitors to manage data collection and guest house reservations.
