Abstract

BSTRACT In 2014, the Ministry of Education and Culture issued a policy that for the Junior High School (SMP) and also High School (SMA) levels to carry out the Computer Based National Examination (UNBK) or Computer Based Test (CBT) for the first time and will be tested thoroughly in 2014. -the coming year. Many students get unsatisfactory scores because they are disappointed and lack training on UNBK. Seeing this, the school also conducts UNBK training independently using the school computer, but so far the features contained in the UNBK training still do not meet the needs of users where the system can only be accessed via a limited school computer, there are no teacher users in it. system, in the absence of a teacher user the teacher cannot know which part of the question the student cannot answer the question, there is no question selection feature, and if done alone, it will cost a lot of money because students have to buy a personal computer to do the test, plus the difficulty of installing the UNBK training system. In this research will be developed an android application that can be used for students wherever they are. With an independent UNBK training system, students will be better prepared to face the actual UNBK and not feel anxious. Keywords: SMP, UNBK, Computer, Android, Application.
