Abstract
ABSTRACT Asset management is an important aspect in the administration of government agencies which has been regulated in the 2015 government regulations. Pegadingan Village has implemented an information system to manage village asset inventory. However, the current information system still has several shortcomings, namely in the process of writing off assets and the process of borrowing assets. Under certain conditions, village assets must be written off from the village inventory data book. Asset write-offs need to be carried out for several reasons, including changing ownership; destruction of assets; or other reasons. Apart from that, there is utilization of village assets in the form of a lending process. The process of borrowing and using village assets cannot yet be carried out in the system. The aim of this research is to develop a web-based village asset management information system in the process of borrowing and writing off village assets. System development was carried out by adding transactions to the asset write-off process and asset lending process. System development is designed using Data Flow Diagrams and Entity Relationship Diagrams. Meanwhile, the implementation uses PHP language with a MySQL database. This research produces a website-based village asset management information system with the development of a sub-system for borrowing and writing off village assets. With this, it is hoped that the development of a village asset management information system can help Pegadingan Village in the asset management process, especially in the process of writing off assets and the process of borrowing village assets.
