Abstract
ENGINEERING AND IMPLEMENTATION OF A WEB-BASED SALES RECORDING SYSTEM (Case Study: UD. Sumber Sari, Banjarnegara) Akhmad Rifa’i, Ledy Elsera Astrianty, S.Kom., M.Kom Information Systems Study Program, Faculty of Science & Technology University of Technology Yogyakarta Jl. Ringroad Utara Jombor Sleman Yogyakarta E-mail : arstore2104@gmail.com, ledyelsera@gmail.com ABSTRACT UD. Sumber Sari initially operated in the meat grinding sector, but later expanded its business to selling frozen food. After conducting research, the author found several problems in the sales system which still uses conventional book recording. These problems include the length of the data search process, data inconsistency, missing data, and data redundancy. Therefore, the author aims to engineer and implement a website-based frozen food sales recording information system at UD. Sumber Sari Banjarnegara. The methodology used to solve this problem includes Location Survey, Problem Identification, System Analysis, Data Collection, System Design, and Implementation. The result of this sales recording information system is that the goods receipt transaction process can be carried out by the owner and admin, while sales transactions can be carried out by all users. However, updating sales transaction data can only be done by the owner and admin. Apart from that, sales and goods receipt reports can only be accessed by the owner. The system created can help facilitate the process of recording sales and receipt of goods, this is proven by the results of program testing using the black box method with the results that all system functions and features run well and as expected. The User Acceptance Testing value obtained from is 87% which shows a high level of overall satisfaction with this sales recording system. Keywords: Information_System, Sales_Recording, Web
