Abstract

ABSTRACT Al-Khoeriyah Vocational School is one of the Vocational High Schools in Tasikmalaya City which was founded by the Al-Khoeriyah Education Park Foundation on July 21 2002. Al-Khoeriyah Vocational School is located at Jalan Raya Manonjaya No.34, Ciherang Village, Cibeureum District, Tasikmalaya City, West Java Province. Currently, the assessment system used is computerized but not well systemized, it is still stored in files which results in inconsistent recording, lost data, duplication of recording, and takes time to make reports. Therefore, the author offers a solution to implement an information system for assessing student learning outcomes with the aim of overcoming existing problems. The system implementation stages start from process model design, data model design, database physical design, relationship design between tables, interface design, database implementation and system implementation. The results of this research are the implementation of an information system for assessing student learning outcomes using MySql, HTML, PHP and JavaScript databases. It is hoped that this implementation can help to build a system that can help minimize existing problems and can help make it easier for schools to assess student learning outcomes. The percentage of success in developing an information system for assessing student learning outcomes reached 99.07%.
