Abstract

ABSTRACT Every year the development of information technology continues to experience rapid development. MA (Integrated) Ar-rahman is a Madrasah located in Sindangsari, Cikoneng, Nasol, Kec. Ciamis, Ciamis Regency, West Java. Asset management at MA. (Integrated) Ar-rahman is still carried out in a simple way, namely by recording it in a book, so that damage and loss of asset data often occurs. With the loss of asset data, Madrasahs will have difficulty making the required reports due to a lack of accurate information. The aim of creating this asset management information system is to make it easier to store asset data and manage the data well so that it can produce information with good accuracy to be used as an asset report. In this research, the design was carried out using data collection methods by means of observation and interviews. The results of the tests that were carried out with a total of 18 tests, there were 2 tests that failed, meaning the system failed to execute according to the system rules, the percentage in this system design test was 88.89%. The conclusion from the analysis of the designed system is that the system can maintain and minimize loss of asset data that has been stored in the Ma database. (Integrated) Ar-Rahman. From data that has been stored and managed well, this data can become information with high accuracy and is ready to be used as an asset report. Keywords: Information Systems, Assets, Web
