Abstract

ABSTRACT Event scheduling information systems are currently widely applied to businesses, to make it easier for customers to make bookings quickly and without feeling confused about booking the desired schedule. Difficulties exist in Ledok Sambi in scheduling events so that a design application for this scheduling system is built. The web-based event scheduling application design was built to make it easier for users to monitor transactions and schedules for events or scheduling activities at Ledok Sambi Ecopark. From the observations and analysis carried out, a website-based event scheduling application was designed which includes event reservations from customers and also event selection packages in Ledok Sambi. This research aims to facilitate event scheduling activities at Ledok Sambi Ecopark, simplify communication and convey information. It is also hoped that it will make it easier for admins to organize event scheduling from Ledok Sambi Ecopark. Keywords: Information Systems, Scheduling, Events.
