Abstract

ABSTRACT PT. Intercipta Gana Sakti operates in the field of providing labor with its address at Jalan Tegalsari KD III, Jalan Jomblangan, Sorowajan, Banguntapan, Banguntapan District, Bantul Regency, Special Region of Yogyakarta 55198. The registration system used still uses a manual system by filling in the registration form provided by PT. Intercipta Gana Sakti and the records used are still in the form of paper. Then, the office admin will input the registration form that has been filled in by the prospective worker into Microsoft Excel. In this way, there can be errors in inputting or inconsistencies in the data of prospective workers, besides that it can cause a backlog of applicants for prospective workers and make the work less than optimal. So, a computerized registration information system is needed. Therefore, this research was created to overcome problems at PT. Intercipta Gana Sakti and manage registrant data more effectively using the waterfall method. The stages of this method are system requirements analysis, system design, system implementation, system testing. As an implementation stage. The result of testing the system that has been created is the realization of the accuracy and speed of applicant data collection, reports and structured files.
