Abstract
ABSTRACT This research explores the importance of processing inventory data using computer and internet technology in increasing work efficiency and effectiveness. CV. Amarta Furniture, a furniture manufacturing and export company, faces challenges in recording stock data, incoming and outgoing goods, demand for goods and production, as well as preparing reports using Microsoft Excel, causing the company's reporting and inventory control process to become less effective and efficient. By proposing the implementation of a web-based inventory information system using the FAST (Framework for the Application System Thinking) method, this research seeks the right solution to improve the quality of inventory in accordance with company goals. FAST, as a flexible framework, allows understanding and analyzing user needs and creating an organized system. The proposed information system will help CV. Amarta Furniture in recording data and preparing inventory reports with optimal accuracy, speed and timeliness. It is hoped that this implementation can provide significant benefits for the company in achieving maximum results in accordance with company goals.
