Abstract
ABSTRACT Primkoppol Subregional Police Kuningan is a primary cooperative which has several business units, one of which is the savings and loan service unit. This cooperative has a big role in the welfare of its members and guarantees all the needs of its members. Based on observations made at the savings and loan service unit regarding the process of savings and loan transactions, the recording of savings and loans still uses books and simple computerization. This method is less effective because the savings and loan transactions that occur are increasingly high, so there are many errors in calculating and recording transaction data. With these problems, a system was created that was used to make deposits and withdrawals, loan applications and installment payments. The aim of this final project is to build a web-based savings and loan cooperative information system that can be used to make it easier for officers and members to carry out savings and loan transactions and support the speed and accuracy of savings and loan data in order to reduce errors in the calculation and recording process. The stages carried out in this final assignment are data collection, system analysis, system design, system implementation and system testing. The results of system testing can help officers and members in the savings and loan transaction process. The creation of a web-based savings and loans cooperative information system has minimized problems at the Primkoppol Subregional Police Kuningan savings and loans service unit. The author tested the system using the black box method from 63 test scenarios with a success rate of 100% and User Acceptance Testing with a success rate of 85.13%.
